Dear How is the usage and how is the benifift of that tablite and how money day should we eat these tablet and are you sure it is regrowthing the hair back and please reply me back then i will buy it. Best wishes jalal khan

I have used this Biotin product for a long time - on one occasion Swanson was out of the product and I ordered a substitute hair, hand and nail product. I did notice a difference and upon being able to order/use this Biotin product I could definitely tell a difference.
