Not good... The only good form of magnesium here is magnesium citrate. Aspartate can be neurotoxic and the oxide is very poorly absorbed by the body, acid and inorganic !

Worst complex ever!!!Oxide and Aspartate are of the worst forms of Magnesium! Oxide possesses a poor absorption rate and Aspartate is a component of the dangerous artificial sweetener aspartame and becomes neurotoxic when unbound to other amino acids. Swanson needs to improve on this poor quality supplement.
